Glide Mobility Co. was founded in 2009 after our founder watched his own father struggle to navigate a two-story home after hip surgery. What began as a personal mission quickly became a regional calling — helping families across Southern California rediscover the freedom of their own homes. We believe that aging or living with a physical limitation should never mean giving up the home you’ve spent decades building your life in. A stairlift isn’t just a device — it’s a declaration of independence. It’s waking up in your own bedroom, having coffee in your kitchen, and moving through your home without fear.
